Collaborative learning is great for students to learn their strengths and weaknesses as a leader. By participating in collaborative learning, students gain an understanding of diverse perspectives. Collaborative learning enhances critical thinking skills and helps individuals grow with others. While collaboration amongst students is important, teacher collaboration is beneficial as well. Through collaboration, teachers share responsibility for student success and builds trustworthy relationships between teachers, students, and faculty. I have added the links to student collaborative learning groups I have been part of. In these groups, I was able to meet and network with people that gave a wide range of ideas and helped, me think differently at times, as well as give other ideas to my team.
